1. The operator must be qualified after training and assessment before starting work.

3. Operators are strictly forbidden to work in a physical state such as late at night or drunkenness to prevent accidents.
4. Check carefully the cleanliness of the machine and the state of the material before starting the linear weigher. Wear protective equipment.
5. After starting the machine, pay attention to any abnormal noise and vibration, whether all parts of the linear weigher are working normally, if there is any abnormality, repair it in time and report it to the department head.
6. If there is any abnormal noise or aura of failure during operation, press the emergency stop button on the linear weigher to cut off the power supply and report to the departmental supervisor for timely maintenance.
7. At no time should a finger or other body parts be placed under presses, chains, gears, or other parts of the linear weigher to prevent crushing or pinching.
8. The operator must not dismantle or repair the linear weigher at any time but must cut off the power supply and immediately call the workshop maintenance master for repair.

2. Use qualified lubricating oil and fill it in strict accordance with the requirements in the manual, especially for imported two-stroke and supercharged engines.
3. Check the oil level of the oil sump of the linear weigher frequently, keep the oil level not too high and not too low, the newly repaired engine should be filled with slightly more oil. After running, stop to check the height of the oil level, more reduce add.
4. When the linear weigher is running, pay attention to the oil pressure and oil temperature, and stop the engine in time to check and troubleshoot any undesirable phenomena found.
5. Before starting the engine in winter, apply the hand crank to turn a few turns, then start the engine, so that all parts are fully lubricated to avoid engine failure such as burning tile pulling the cylinder.
6. If you find that the lubricating oil has deteriorated and become discolored, the oil sump is over-deposited or the oil is mixed with water, it should be replaced in time and the seasonal oil change should be carried out in winter and summer.
