Structure features

The check weigher is composed of PLC programmed control system, servo power system, and the pneumatic actuating system as the driving core, and the human-machine interface of LCD touch screen completes the multi-function from weighing to bag making and packaging process, such as product counting, printing date, nitrogen filling (exhaust) and finished product conveying. The setting and modification of packaging parameters are done through the touch screen. The touch screen can memorize and store the packaging parameters of 10 different products, which can be called out and used at any time when changing products without resetting. The check weighing unit can realize the automation of the whole process from weighing, filling to bag making and packing, with fast speed and accurate precision, which can improve the output and reduce the labor for customers. Cleaning steps

Clean the weighing platform of the automatic check weigher

After disconnecting the power to the automatic check weigher, unplug the power cord, wet and wring out a gauze, then dip it in a little neutral cleaning solution (e.g. alcohol) and use it to clean the scale, the display filter, and the rest of the scale.

Level calibration

Check that the check weigher's scale body is in order; if it is tilted, the weighing feet need to be adjusted to place the scale in the center position.

Clean the printer

Disconnect the power supply, open the plastic door on the right side of the scale, hold the plum handle on the outside of the printer, and pull the printer out of the scale. Press the tab on the front of the printer to release the print head, then gently wipe the print head with the print head cleaning pen included in the scale attachment. After cleaning and wiping, cap the pen to prevent the cleaning solution from evaporating in the pen, then wait two minutes. After the cleaning solution on the print head has completely evaporated, turn off the print head, push the printer back onto the scale, close the plastic door, turn on the power, and test, after clearing the print you can use it normally.

Initialization

The automatic check weigher has the function of zeroing and resetting after power on. When the power is turned on, the scale will be cleared of foreign objects to ensure that the scale is turned on when there is no wind.
